Meyer Lemon & Herb Marinade

- ¼ cup freshly squeezed Sunkist®Meyer lemon juice
- Zest from 1 Sunkist®Meyer lemon
- 6 tbsp (90 mL) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) minced fresh garlic
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) minced fresh thyme
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) minced fresh chives
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) minced fresh basil or rosemary
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) red pepper flakes
In a small bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients.
Once ready to prepare your choice of meat/fish/poultry, use about 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the Sunkist®Meyer Lemon Herb-Marinade and then season with salt and pepper before cooking.
