California Olive Dirty Martini
2 1/2 ounces (75 ml) good quality, gin or vodka
1/2 ounce (15 ml) dry vermouth
1/2 ounce (15 ml) California green olive juice
Garnish: 2 to 4 green or black olives
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled.
Garnish with 2 to 4 skewered olives.
Notes: You can use black olive juice in this recipe as well, but it will change the color of your martini.
